Bird Lice Treatment Sydney

Can bird lice live on humans or pets?
They can bite people and cause real irritation, but they can't complete their life cycle on humans, once the nest source is treated and removed, the problem resolves.
Do you remove the nest too?
Where the nest is accessible, yes, removal plus treatment of the void is the most reliable fix. We also flag entry points for proofing.
